About Serena
Lutron's Serena wood blinds are basswood blinds with a headrail drive for tilt and a cordless manual lift. Controls are Pico, the 4-Group RF remote or Caséta.
- Shared chassis submittal 085665 with Triathlon; the two differ only in controls
- Residences and small projects where each window runs without low-voltage wiring
- Tilt at 44 dBA or less, measured 3 ft (1 m) from the drive
- 6 to 12 V DC, Class 2, 5 W (085665)
- Clear Connect Type A wireless at a 30 ft (9 m) range
Sizes and stack
The guide below prints the blind's width, height, battery table and valance returns from submittal 085665. Stack guide 3682573 estimates the raised blind at 3 7/8 in (99 mm) to 8 1/4 in (210 mm) and rules out pockets.
Power
Wired blinds ship with a 15 ft (4.5 m) power wire for a Lutron supply only. Submittal 085283 covers the CSPS-P1-1-6-WH plug-in supply and 085276 the CSPS-P1-10-6 panel.
Writing it into a tender
Attach submittal 085665, the control submittal (369612, 369847 or 085314) and, for wired blinds, 085283 or 085276. The contractor follows installation guide 045836; the CAD drawings carry mounts, valances and brackets.
